Pavilion Rental Details

SPAC president is In charge of all rentals of the pavilion.

See rental agreement for details of rental.

Use of sinks in kitchen area possible, but not use of any appliances or grill.

Facility and grounds must be in great shape when turned over to the renters.

            Bathrooms clean.

            Bubbler clean.

            Playground area clean.

            Garbage cans emptied.  Recycling units wiped clean.

            Table seats and tops wiped clean.

            Cement surfaces clean & swept.

Meet with renter to answer any questions and obtain rental agreement signature.
